WELCOME. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Holistic Health Coach, and Licensed Esthetician with over 20 years of experience across psychotherapy, wellness, spa, and coaching spaces. Over time, my work has naturally evolved to sit at the meeting place of science, intuition, and the lived wisdom of the body.

At the heart of SomaThrive is a steady belief: healing begins when we feel safe enough to soften. When the body is no longer bracing, we can reconnect with ourselves from the inside out. My approach gently weaves relational psychotherapy, somatic therapy, and holistic wellness practices to support nervous system regulation, authentic self-expression, and meaningful life transitions.
